This sculpture's body is made from lightweight polymer clay over a sturdy wire and foil armature, pressed with floral type patterns. It is then accented with an antique wash, creating a mix of pinks and purples, with a dusting of pearl ex for a beautiful sparkle and sheen. The eyes are black. The gloss varnish gives a smooth and shiny finish. Both back legs are suspended, the sculpture balanced by the armature hidden in the tail feathers.

She has a flowing mane and tail of real natural grey toned feathers, humanely collected from moulting geese. Each feather was carefully glued in place.

This sculpture is entirely handmade and one of a kind - a truly unique and gorgeous collectable or gift.
